My notice period is 90 days. And I’m about to get an offer from Deloitte India. However, I told them the notice period as 60 days.
Our project is going to end this year due to which I might get released early in 60 days. But in case I don’t get the release in 60 days, will Deloitte extend my joining to next 30 days?

I am a deputy manager with 8 years of experience in retail banking operations CTC is 5.64L, now HSBC global services is offering 70% hike, however, the grade will be assistant manager. Should I accept the offer? Would degrading the designation from deputy manager to assistant manager be a mistake? Please suggest.
