Customer Success Manager/Specialist/Owner is a post sales role that ensures that the customer is fully satisfied with the solution and actively making use of it. In short, your job is to make sure that the solution/product meets the desired outcomes of the customer.
A typical day would involve doing webinars, presentations and product demos to highlight key product features and best practices that the customer can immediately make use of.
The idea is that if the customer is satisfied, they'll renew their subscriptions or buy more of the product.
Take crap from the client, account rep and whoever else is fired up that day
