I’m concerned with my electricity bill. I moved to a different building and no habits have changed: lights/heat/ac usage has been the same. I went from $40/mo to about $100/mo. This month my bill was $200! Even though I was gone for a week. And haven’t really changed my electric usage.

Can I call ConEd to check my new apartments meter or figure out what’s using so much electricity?

Whew this group is a relief to find. No one at my job knows I have ADHD, and I only have one other friend with it. I manage a team of people and the stress of checking, double checking, and triple-checking everything to make sure I'm not forgetting anything or behind on anything is insane. I realized that a lot of people have nothing to do with their lives apart from work & commute. Just because they want to work all day, I don’t, so stop wasting my time with useless calls/small talks.

How do you speak up when a member of your team simply is not contributing anything, but telling everyone how much they are working on the project, presumably billing for hours not worked, and lying on team meetings/emails about their contributions?

Fishes, Need some suggestion- i have 2 offers currently and I am struggling to make a decision which one should I go for. I have 9 years of experience with current CTC as 20 LPA in Wipro (18 fixed and 2 variable)

1. Deloitte USI with 33.4 LPA as CTC (28 Lakhs fixed and 5.2 lakhs variable)
2. Snowflake with 31 LPA as CTC (27 lakhs fixed and 4 lakhs variable) with 18000 USD of stocks every year.
