Hi - seeking career advice. I am in middle of career crisis. My current team is quite toxic and I did everything I could to adjust and adapt there but it was too much and in the end, I quit without job offer in hand. I feel really anxious about my future and feel lost at this moment. please could someone guide on how I can navigate this path.

I have worked with Forbes top companies, for-profits, non-profits, & startups. I consider myself a solver of complex & complicated problems requiring mixed method research & novel solutions. This has led to issues in self-referencing title. I’ve been project manager, data engineer, developer, modeler, analysts, principle DB developer, etc. Most of my w2 work has been from offers of 1099 clients so I am usually asked to define my own title. Any T-shaped data people who run into this?

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors.
