How is the job security within Coforge?

Interviewing for a CSM role. Need to present a mock case study to customers. Gist of it is that the customer is advertising with us, doing well, but also doing well advertising with another company. Im assuming the presentation should consist of a performance review, why they should stay with us, and upsell potential. I’ve never done anything like this.

What usually goes into these presentations? What kinds of questions should I prep for?

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?
