My offer letter includes a quarterly bonus. I received it for the first 6 months. Then I was moved to a new team, and after 6 months, my new manager told me this team doesn’t offer bonuses. The issue is that I wasn’t informed about the team change affecting my compensation. Is it legal to change my compensation without notifying me? What should I do, as the new manager says you can talk with the HR and old manager and then too i wouldn't get it as there is no provision?

For me a typical day looks like this
9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep

If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)

We calendar court deadlines and internal deadlines. Why do associates disregard internal deadlines?

WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Since moving back in with my parents, I’ve noticed their internet cannot handle three people working from home. Does anyone have experience relying on a mifi full time?
