How soon is too soon to start looking and applying to jobs after accepting a position?

Context:

I recently accepted a position at the company and have been working as a temp for the past 3 months. I really enjoy the people I work with and the company seems to really support its employees, however it is in a field that doesnt exactly align with what I would like to be doing. And unfortunately the compensation package is also lacking.

Which company pays better salary - EY GDS or EY India? Also, can someone give Pros and Cons of both?

Considering leaving to take a partner position at a small firm. Is it worth it? Would only be 2 partners with a staff of 10. Comp would be 250k on the low end and probably top out around 350k. Would take 3-4 years to get to this level of comp as would be buying 10% per year up to 40% of the firm. Am I stupid for not taking this? Currently manager making 125k. Comp first year as junior partner would be 120k with 10% ownership.

To those attorneys who went from defense (not just ID) to do plaintiffs work - have you been doing better financially? I am so sick of the billable hour model and client reporting guidelines. I’m located in the Midwest/St. Louis - decent market.

Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.
