Fair enough. I started off working from office and the knowledge and insights I gained because of in-person collaboration helped me rise from grassroots. Now after 5 YOE I’m working remote and won’t switch to a company that doesn’t offer WFH.
Totally agree. I started off in the office then WFH. It's better to start in a grueling environment where you can improve in all aspects. It would be difficult to adjust if you started WFH.
Good insight. I agree. I like wfh now that I am confident in my role. As a fresher though it was good to understand office culture and have people around if I had questions.
this is sound advice. thank you for sharing this knowledge. i will also learn to tell this to newer employees.
I like Hybrid personally. I need to be in the office some to see other humans. I get lonely at home.
