I got interviewed in multiple organisation but all are saying 21LPA as fixed and few percent will be variable pay for 7 yrs exp..

Is this market standards? I am looking for Atleast 24 or 25lpa as fixed.

Amazon's cooling period starts when we have last interviewed or when we receive a rejection mail?

I'm currently interviewing for a hardware internship (at a startup). I've had a phone interview, a 30 minute technical interview and now I have a 2-3 hour interview. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive for an internship?

I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
