That little girl kicks my ass
Chloe ting is nothing to play with! Every time I hear her intro song I scream a little 😭.
Jesus, I’m genuinely surprised how many people find chloe ting helpful...her routines are too cookie cutter, way too easy/ineffective for strength training/ improvement. She’s a fashion blogger and doesn’t have any accreditation related to personal training. She gets the views because they’re quick routines with clickbait titles like “10 min arm workout to tone your triceps”. Any CPT (or person who knows anything about health and fitness) or fitness coach will tell you her stuff is ridiculous.
Ehh. Well I think that her videos hit on basic strength movements. I’m sure they after you try a few different fitness personalities, you’ll see the same exercises: planks, lunges, burpees, push ups, abs, etc. So I say it depends on what video you come across and your current fitness level. But in summary, I say try her for yourself and make your own decision about her programs. I’ve found that her 10 min programs are always a part of a workout challenge...she never tells you to just do that 1 video. It’s usually 3-5 videos in a day.
I swear it works. I did her 2 week HIIT Challenge & I toned up so fast. I got lazy after then 2nd week but if I did a whole month my body would be fire rn. Still is lol but I’m trying to achieve a toned core

Her workouts can be good for beginners, but I’d take her fitness/diet advice with a grain of salt; she’s had instances of spreading some misinformation so double check with certified trainers/nutritionists!
I did her 11min “abs in 2 weeks” workout 5 days ago and my abs are still sore 😭
I did her 10 minute thin thigh challenge for 14 days now, it actually works!
Yes! Love that they’re only 10 min a workout so easy to squeeze into your schedule. I was looking for exercises you can do with a band so her videos are perfect. I wouldn’t expect any drastic changes (could depend on your current fitness level) but I definitely do feel stronger.
