I interviewed with PwC for sf dev two weeks back. Last week I called up the HR who got me interviewed for an update on it but she just said that give us some more time we will get back to you. Is it pretty usual in PwC to take this much time?

I just got my third remote full-time job, each making 175k and live at HCOL city. I love working remote and still have the best WLB although I’m still struggling on my finances. What am I doing wrong?

I am planning to move to canada in about 1.5 years.Does it make sence to move to canada through EY or switch to Deloitte/pwc (next 2 months) & make the move?Do i have to be upfront about my intention?

Asking advice from a recruiter: I’ve been recently laid off :( This week I took some time to reflect, talk to friends and family. I want to be more thoughtful on my next move and although interviewing right away would be logical I feel I want to take a break and some time for myself. Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I am considering to start studying for the exam but I know I would need to leave my employer in order to give 110%. I am contemplating the idea of at least passing one part while employed.
