hi there, i feel for you. the only thing i could share with you based on experienced, is that try to get along with them no matter what, try to look at the positive side of having a job as a blessing, put a smile on your face, dont get discourage of what you are about to embark. things might shift for the better and if you love what you do, you will find a place in this new environment and will learn to navigate your way around without even realising it. Does anyone here freelance on the side? How do you price yourself? I work in data science and so my w2 pays me $300k so around $150hr when broken down to hourly. Can I reasonably do the same work on the side through freelancing basing the project cost around $300hr? Looking for advice... 5 months ago I went from Higher Education (HE) Law Firm. I was so excited to move on and was offered about $16K more in my salary.

Is this a toxic trait.. anytime I have an inconvenience, I look for jobs or do I just hate my job.
