Actually, the best method I’ve found is having a OneNote notebook, which is my “bible” for work and has like pages with affirmations and wins at work, and also my gripes when I get frustrated with coworkers, which has one page thats “to do’s”, which I can color code by urgency and/or topic. When I’ve done a to do, I cut and paste that line into another page organized by month and then by date. That also allows me to have a running record of what I’ve done each day so I can track trends in productivity, and it has been helpful when someone asks “who on the team did this, if anyone?” I can say with confidence whether or not it was me, when it happened, and if I had any hiccups while doing it. Works great for me.
