Most Sales people would transition to marketing specialist or any strategist position. I came from Sales and working as a corporate strategist after being a sales executive fits like a cork in a bottle.

If you can sell, you can sell, so you should have no problem transferring to a different sector. Or are you referring to an exit from sales altogether?

Probably some sort of HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator role would work with sales experience. Staffing would be an easy career to transition to too.
I had a buddy exit sales for Project Management. Does pretty well for himself and makes 125k plus bonuses.
May I ask why you do not like sales?
You can function in the administrative division easily with all the sales skills you have. More organization and more on the line but if you're successful in sales, you've got this.

I have a friend who also worked as an SDR for a few years before he transitioned to tech, he's a game dev now. He learned everything from scratch. The thing with him was that he was so passionate about it that he did not mind the obstacles that he had to encounter.
