I attended Walk in drive on 17th Jan 2026 at LTIMINDTREE at Pune Location for PLSQL roles on Saturday and on Monday I got to know that I am selected in L1 round and they will update me for L2 round which will happen Virtually.

Just wanted to know how much time it takes to happen L2 round?

Just received a formal offer from Deloitte Consulting as a SC in Strategy & Analytics. Base is $125K, no sign-on bonus. This isn’t much of an increase from what I’m making now. Haven’t reached out to negotiate yet and the recruiter has been pretty quick on the phone so far. I’m coming from a smaller firm, 8 YOE, mainly data analytics and cloud.
