I have completed 4 rounds in hashedin by Deloitte (2.4 YOE in .net, node.js, react, azure). I got an email regarding a job offer checklist. I replied to that email with the necessary documents. There is no hr round. It's been two weeks and i didn't get any reply from hr. How much can i expect? (Current: 4.5 Lpa)

Current Salary: 13.5lpa
Years of exp: 4+2 (2 yrs post MBA)
Current Role: Assistant Project Manager, IT industry

What salary should I expect/ask for if I decide to switch? I think I am being underpaid right now. Please suggest.

Please also suggest any certification which could help me prepare myself for interviews. I am confused between PMP and CSM. Which one would be better/more suited for IT Project Managers?

I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
