I’m currently a consultant with 3 years of experience at Deloitte and PwC, and have recently received an offer from A&M GCC PI for an Associate role.

My current CTC is ₹11.6 LPA (₹9 LPA fixed), and they’re offering around a 30% hike on the fixed component.
Given the role and market standards, what would be a reasonable minimum hike I should negotiate for?

I slightly dropped my MacBook and apparently (slightly) damaged the keyboard and trackpad as per service Center. I don’t see any visible damage to the system but that’s what they say and are charging me about 28k for this even though my system is in warranty period (will complete a year in a few days).
