Hamilton is great, also enjoyed book of Mormon. Roof east in Stratford might be good for activities, you could canoe down the river, go to circus in covent garden for drinks/ dinner, Stonehenge exhibition at the British museum, you could get a private tour of an area of London,
Sky garden is cool for great/free views of London. You just have to book pretty far in advance.
SIX the musical was so good. I’ve been twice, would happily go again.
Emirates Air Line (cable car) at sunset, it's like London Eye but only for £4. If this is her first time in London, then you need to do the touristy stuff too.
Oh sweet. As someone mentioned, boat ride on the Thames can be fun (splurge on some dinner time ones). Also explore Greenwich, if you haven't. Pub-hop in Clapham and do gay clubs in Soho (even if you're straight).
If she's coming from outside the UK you should consider day trips out of London too
Come from away is great as a musical
I find taking people a bit out of central is fun when they’ve done tourist stuff (take the Uber boat to Greenwich, walk around Richmond, pub on the water in Putney, less common museums, bike Richmond park, pop Brixton, no park, etc.)
book of mormon is one of my fav shows! Afternoon tea is expensive and touristy but honestly I loved it!
Lion King is a must see! Royal Opera House and Albert Hall both have some amazing things coming up in April. The Frozen musical was surprisingly good (I am not a fan of the movies).
Non-theatre: there’s a Harry Potter exhibition in Covent Garden. Afternoon tea for sure, and you can get some funky ones in London, and Fortnum does an unlimited refill one. Day trip to Oxford would be a good one too. And dumplings during lunch at dumplings legend in Chinatown.
I second day trip to Oxford and dumplings in Chinatown !
I always take guests on a walking tour by London Walks. Always interesting and great fun and I always learn something new. They have loads and are a great way to explore different neighbourhoods.
I really enjoyed Les Miserables. Just in general love a good musical. Main question is more what has available ok seats over Warter, most shows will be good.
An interesting activity is a canal ride, there's several and weather should most likely be good. Other than this I just love exploring different parts of London, so like going on a walk through Portobello Road/Borough/Camden/Brick Lane/Brixton markets, visiting Covent Garden and China Town, doing a bike ride in Hyde/Richmond Park etc. Going to an authentic pub and watching rugby, seeing a cricket game, having afternoon tea, just anything that's a bit more British, goes over well with international visitors.
Museums and all are nice, but feel like unless it's someone's first time in London it's good to combine with a bit of what makes London amazing which is all the different stuff you can do and try so really depends on the person, I usually do a combo of food, exploration and shopping.
