My DOJ is 26th May in Infosys., I have already uploaded all documents in lauchpad and bgv is also initiated. Yesterday I got a mail saying one of my document is rejected due to poor scan quality and to resubmit the same before DOJ. But in lauchpad I am not able to delete/edit details as bgv in progress. And it is showing the same for more than 2 weeks now.
Anyone have any idea how long will it take to complete bgv and will there be any issue due to document rejection?

Feel like language is a huge barrier to me. I am so frustrated I can’t express my thoughts and happy hour is just unpaid torture

I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete? I didn’t say anything when I signed because I was desperate for a PE offer but it seems so unfair as I am just a lowly associate. I am not so much worried about getting sued, but about my current employer tanking my reputation if I leave and break the non compete.

We decided to do a photo session before the wedding for the two of us and family. The photographer and the location were amazing but the makeup was terrible, and because I was low on time, I couldn't fix it before the photos. The makeup artist make me look yellow! Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. I find this incredibly uncomfortable and selfish given it will put me and my fiancé in an uncomfortable position (and it will also put my elderly parents and other vulnerable fam members at risk).
