My skills sets are Automation testing using Selenium , Java.
My current CTC is 14.70 and have an offer of 18lpa fixed+3.60 lakhs variable pay.
Is it a good offer?
Also it's written in offer that need to travel to US.
Shall I get retained if I am offered a decent salary revision or shall I move out?

I have 4 years of experience. Ihave a job offer from cisco as Grade 6 software engineer with 17.8 lpa fixed, 1.34 lpa variable and 3 lakhs JB. I have another offer from publisis sapient with 21.5 lpa fixed and 1 lakh JB. Which offer should i take?
