In 2023 I'm wanting to help make my management more effective. So, I'm looking for a book or a couple of books to gift my team this holiday season. I would like books that focus on communication and taking ownership. Any recommendations?

What does this part of my McKinsey offer letter mean?

"You will be eligible for a Performance Bonus in December 2021. For the first calendar year, as you onboard to the firm, your annualized Performance Bonus will assume Strong performance and be set at $15,000. For subsequent years, any Performance Bonuses will be determined based on your actual performance and determined and delivered at the discretion of the firm."

How do bonuses work for experienced BAs?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
