If you are hired for project — you are convenienced.
As mostly said in the bowl, even if you somehow get a project, it’s usually short-term… so congratulations, you’ve now upgraded to being unsettled.
If you manage to show impact and the client is impressed, maybe you won’t be released… but then expectations go up. Now you’re not just unsettled, you’re cornered.
(And that too only if you continue with the same client and same leadership—otherwise, back to square one.)
Coming to rules, holidays, sick days — don’t worry, it’s all exactly like any other service organization… nothing extraordinary, nothing generous, just perfectly standardized mediocrity
.
You would have heard that the org went through “rebranding” every year… for the last 3 years… and probably for the next 3 as well.
At some point you’ll start wondering—instead of all these grand rebranding exercises, maybe… just maybe… a decent hike?
But no, priorities. So now you’re not just cornered, you’re strategically sidelined.
Never, ever follow people from the same org on Instagram.
They are not employees anymore—they are full-time brand ambassadors.
What they show: “
Living the best life ✨ Work is amazing 😍”
Reality: Either blatant fabrication… or freshers who haven’t yet discovered what being professionally entangled feels like.
And please, avoid following onsite hires.
Because there: Good Snacks 🍿

Here: Even if the coffee machine runs out of milk… you’ll experience a 2-hour waiting period. A truly premium, slow-brew suffering ☕
At this point, you’re not just entangled—you’re nutritionally disadvantaged.
If your client asks you to work off-shift (post 12 PM), logically, legally, democratically—you should get shift allowance.
But here?
If it’s not in the contract, it’s not in reality.
So now you’re not just nutritionally disadvantaged—you’re contractually outplayed. So you would be doing a charity
And due to sales team aggressive timelines, you really have to do charity work by working more ( same in every service org)
Flexibility? Yes, of course.
You can log in from anywhere, anytime… just inform your manager or HR.
(Unless it’s ODC restricted—because nothing says flexibility like conditional freedom.)
So now you’re basically selectively liberated.
Final summary:
Don’t expect hikes for 2 years.
Not because they can’t…
But because by then, you’ll have fully evolved from: convenienced → unsettled → cornered → sidelined → entangled → disadvantaged → outplayed → selectively liberated → and finally… completely, artistically, magnificently compromised. 😌
pros - in most cases projects are available. good learning growth.
cons - no hikes, there is no internal hiring system.

"projects available" are you joking ,have you seen so many on bench begging for projects and silent firing as no projects and bench policy,stop misguiding.
