Hello everyone. Is anyone in the process of joining D-USI ? I received a 3rd revised offer letter about a day after the “market adjustment”. I contacted the HR and informed them that there were no updates on it, and they said a new one will be sent with updates.

I’m curious as to what these updates are. Anyone else facing something similar ? I’m assuming it’s minor changes to the T&C, and not a comp update.

So i have been giving interviews from 2 months have 2 offers,2 are from some startups which i'm not considering,
Two offers which are worth mentioning are from UIPATH SDE-2, OYO WDE-2 Each offer has problm associated with it
UIPATH SDE-2 : Offer compensation wise is way too good, now problem is they only work in c# and angular and i don't want to on it as i work on node.js , java ,react etc
OYO WDE-2 : The work is frntend heavy & i'm a fullstack ,so confused should i change my role.Plz Suggest

Is it best to reach out to a small set of headhunting firms, or internal recommendations from friends in industry, or actually just going through the 'external process' of the fund (e.g. standard website-based application process). Any thoughts welcome!

There’s a company which is forcing me to reduce notice period to 45 days else they would cancel the offer.

My notice period is of 60 days.
