I am currently on a break for past 1.8 yrs, looking forward to go onsite.
Had a strong profile in good MNCs earlier.
If I start working in a service based firm in Pune either as Lead Java Developer or Scrum master (9 yoe) , which company has better chances to process onsite after a while.

Would be preferring for Canada, Australia, Newzealand, US or UK.

How bad is it to leave an understaffed team right before fall busy for a job in a new city? Part of me doesn’t care at all b/c it’s a business decision, part feels like I’m totally screwing the team.

This is gonna sound stupid, but I’m honest - I can’t do math. Calculating a tip is as advanced as I get. Thank god for excel formulas and a math savvy husband. At the end of the day, I pay all the bills (I know- but I’m more organized) and make double his salary, what low stress effort (on my limited math capacity brain) can I do to increase wealth?

Foreign LLM student here. I plan to take the NY bar exam in February. I’m thinking of taking a bar prep course (most likely Barbri). They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. The difference in price is substantial – 2.5k for the traditional course vs 6k for the extended one. Any thoughts/recommendations on which one I should take? I am currently expecting, have informed my team. Since the organisation is in hybrid mode, when discussed earlier i was told that it is flexible in terms of wfh depending on my health condition. But now my department wants me to be in office twice a week irrespective of the prior discussion. Still half of the office is on hybrid mode. Is it a fair ask?
