I have been offer a 70k euros as base salary + bonus + visa sponsorship+ relocation allowance almost 8k euros for a MNC in Ireland. I have 7.4 years of experience. Kindly guide me if the offer is decent or I can renegotiate for a higher offer!?

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. So i work at this company in coimbatore (india) and we have a very poor work life balance. We have a 6 day working policy and no vacation or sick leaves just 1 day casual leave a month. We usualy had to work around 10 to 12 hrs and no leaves even during govt holidays. How can i make them understand this is killing our personal life.
