I've been working in HR operations for the past 3 years. Total work experience being 3.10 years. My current CTC is 6 LPA. I'm looking to change companies and want to get into a decent MNC. Will I be able to get a 70-80% hike taking into consideration my experience matches the profile?
Any advice on which profiles and companies to apply for? And any advice on how to grab a job at Amazon for the same would be perfect.
Bain & Company Atlanta people! I’m in the process of applying for MBA programs and wanted to ask what recruiting is like for MBB from Emorys program? Is there a reasonable shot at getting into the Atlanta office from Emory, or are those openings primarily filled by other schools (Duke, UVA, etc.)

It’s going to be tough either way post-MBA.
Lateraling to IBD or MBB would give them a better shot
All moving to MBB (don't think post-MBAs can lateral into IBD) does is (somewhat) improve odds (and to what degree, there is no exact number or range) for post-MBA folks; it's very, very difficult to transition to investment teams for all post-MBA folks without buy-side xp. Know of some post-MBA alums from EYP and other T2 shops that made the switch to investment teams for smaller funds, but the best exit for all ex-consultants is PE ops, which is also difficult but more practical. I want to caveat the above by saying everything 100% depends on the individual and PE fund, though. Your dad has a close friend at a PE fund? Bam, you could be an undergrad English major with 0 xp and you'd have a much better shot of getting into that PE than any unconnected IBD or MBB folks...just the way the world works.
