That's an interesting question, I've never really thought of it that way. I do tend to think about work a lot, even when I'm not working. So I would guess it's greater than 50/50, so I might also be in the 70/30 range. Part of that, now that I think of it, is that I don't have to put a lot of energy or creative thought into my personal life. It's good but doesn't require a lot of maintenance, if that makes sense.

I know exactly what you mean. We live in in such a work centered society it’s kind of hard for it now to end up on the forefront.
Probably 60% work to 40% other. Used to be tipped a lot more at work, but I had to take a step back from that. Turns out thinking about work at home constantly isn’t great for your mental health!

Even harder when you work from home so I totally get it!

Yea, same here… my life constant of work more than my social life. I am trying to change that though. One thing I’ve been doing lately is signing up for different work out classes to help me meet more people.
Balance? What name so? lol. I have never been the kind of person who knows how to achieve balance in life.
