Perhaps you setup yourself as an exporter and become a client to your company. Approach sales with the proposition and disclose your current role. They should be able to guide you from there

Did you read the policy in your employee handbook? Also some companies have legal representation covered in the plan as well. You need to confirm this is within company guidelines or policy. Maybe if you were laid off that’s different. A company will rehire as 1099 or as a vendor. It’s usually either or not both. Also, why can’t you sell to others under your LLC? It’s more than one company that needs a service or a product. Good luck.

If one of our employees wanted to do outside sales on top of their job I'd be down as long as they are not doing the sales while getting paid to do the other job. So either split the time and do part time Admin paid as such and commission the rest of the time on sales

I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. I kind of feel like they trust me with the work I’m doing and also considering my past experiences to offer me a full time and moreover it’s only been 3 months.

I know it’s a little unusual but what do you guys think/suggest me to do in this situation?!

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. I am trying to do my best even with very little direction and this supervisor constantly harassing my about things like her not being able to use google meet or to remember passwords. I feel bullied and very anxious. I am afraid she can jeopardize my visa with a bad evaluation. I have been working at midnight, on Sunday mornings but I am human, I make mistakes, she just blames me instead of teaching.
