I joined TCS just 2.5months back and unfortunately my hr informed me that my bgc is negative. The reason is I didn't show them the past experience of 2 companies in which i was for a very short period time, and those 2 companies were MNC's. Getting paid 85k base with 40k in bonus plus about 35k~ in OT.

Money isn’t everything but in my late 20s it feels like the only thing important right now.
