Leave TCS, anyways it's a stupid company, good for nothing.
It thinks of itself as a Mercedes or a Rolls Royce, but actually it's a Padmini Taxi.
Neither, good pay, neither good culture, neither exciting work.
I have also same query regarding BGC in TCS.
However, I've worked in a company for 5 months but did not showed experience in my resume nor to my recruiting HR.
After absconding the company I've then after worked in 2 Big MNCs and TCS will be my 3rd company.
Did u get terminated in TCS or you were able to continue?
You should not have hidden. Hope for the best.
It's about trust. If you didn't share it when you're supposed to and you are sharing when you're caught. From the other end it shows you cannot be trusted. Hope for the best.
If your BGC is - ive, start looking for another job. TCS takes its BGC very seriously.
Didn't they ask for additional documents which where missing during BGC?
If you had experience letter, you could have mentioned it before head.
Try to talk with HR and see, if they would accept it now.
And did they do bgc through uan number?
Even I am also not sure about there bgc process. If they had this issue they should have told me this before joining but they didn't. I have given them the documents now. Yes they do bgc via uan number

I am not sure how tcs react to this situation but I have seen people getting fired in my company if bgv failed...
It was not relevant as I was there for a very short period of time and i didn't gain any technical expertise

They will ask you to leave though since you lied before joining the company . Big companies take these small things seriously
Did the 3rd party company who did bgv ask you about this? They should have asked you about the relieving letters from those companies.

While hoping in 15 days is fine . Lying about it will lead to termination in companies like infosys and TCS

You will most likely work on Azure Cloud.
Onsite - Purely depends on the requirement,but I heard that there are near shore opportunities (Mexico).
How many months did you work for those companies?
For one company I worked for 2 months and for the other I worked for 15 days
