Hello everyone I worked as a house remodeler before I got Covid now I am handyman/maintenance/property manager I would like an idea of what people are charging

I think $60-$70/hr. would be a reasonable rate.

My handyman charges $60 an hour. It was $50 about 3 years ago. He does great work, and it's totally worth it. Honestly I'd probably pay him up to $85 an hour, he's reliable and never late.

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. We are moving from Vegas to Sacramento and we are not sure how long we would stay in the new area. Thoughts?

Has anyone who's worked in HR, Finance, or another role with visibility to compensation information been able to use that as leverage for salary negotiations?

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I suspect this was due to the fact that I did not counter offer when I accepted this role, which was a few months ago, and now I regret it.

Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

What are the raises like for a Registered WM Client Associate at BOA/Merrill Lynch? Are they on an annual basis and are they competitive?
