Look for another job. I was a AD and the agency owners did not respect the designer as well. They all quit the same day. Or the whole art department. Left them hanging. So move on there better people out there.

Ask to be switched teams and give a list of examples for their actions to either their manager or creative resourcing. I’ve had two CD’s in my career that were bullies and created a hostile atmosphere

I have ~4 years of experience as a commercial account manager working for a large bank in my home country before migrating to Canada. I am currently working as a credit analyst (commercial clients, upto $30mn in lending size) in a mid size Bank in Toronto.
I want to eventually work as a commercial/corporate account manager and hopefully grow in that role.
