Here’s how much cash these holding companies had on hand at the end of 2019: OMC $4.3 billion WPP $3.8 billion IPG $1.1 billion What should they do with it during this pandemic?
What are the pros/cons of moving from WPP to IPG? I can’t give specifics about which agencies but I’m curious in a general sense about benefits, compensation, career growth, culture, etc.
“Work from home if you want.” Translates to “work from home if you want to be judged.” Come on IPG, call it. Keep your people safe. They’re getting scared.
I know there’s a lot of variability in this question but... on average what big four holding company pays the best in ranking order? I’ve heard the following: 1. Publicis 2. OmniCom 3. WPP 4. IPG
Does anyone know if IPG agencies have to disclose if they are interviewing someone from another IPG agency?
Passed through Italy for literally three hours en route to Slovenia...now I’m quarantined to WFH for 14 days given IPG policy. Blessing in disguise, or will I go insane? We shall see!
Love it or hate it, IPG having two of the top three agency networks is remarkable. Especially since this is IPG we’re talking about. Reilly and Credle have really forced change.
Neon is the Jan Brady of IPG. Not 23. Not 33. Hard to figure out exactly who/what they are. Hosting a networking event and calling it "pharma cheese", I can only assume their agency reel improved.
How do I change office / country in the McCann / IPG network? I really like my work at McCann but love to move to another country
Anyone in IPG companies (or other holding companies with stock purchase plans) actually taking advantage of the stock purchase plan? Thinking about it, but hesitant for some reason.
Hearing some WPP agencies are now “testing” WFH due to Coronavirus. Any updates on what IPG is going to do? They’ve been silent so far.....
Best compensation structures (salary/benefits) between WPP, IPG, Publicis, Omnicom shops? Thoughts?
I had a convo with a former partner of mine. Which is a better breeding ground for creativity? Independent shops (Weiden, Wong Doody, etc) or network shops under an Omnicom or IPG (Grey, 72, BBDO)
Calling all fishies at Omnicom, IPG and WPP. What has your experience been under these parent companies?
Why is Publicis charging for there in-building gym? IPG in Chicago offers their employees their gym for free. Are they offering more than just a place to work-out? Or was I just spoiled by IPG?
