When FAANG companies are hiring for UX Design positions do they count all of your general design YOE or only the YOE in a UX role ?

Public client seemed confused when I told them a copy of a JE and a one word description "void" wouldn't be sufficient evidence for the item selected for testing.

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

How do you feel when someone younger, less experienced , close to no skills (apart from little excel- I know this because the person lives with me) are able to land interviews by faking their resumes. Their luck so strong that they are not even asked very technical questions in the interviews to test their skills thoroughly.

I moved to Bangalore to join a new company and realised it was shitty in a couple of months. Bad management, poor policies, no wlb, narcissistic CEO, consistently late salary,etc. Worked day and night for weeks to ship products.

I'm serving notice period and they're trying to give me a hard time just because they hate me for leaving. They want me to do things that aren't written in company policy documents and cornering me.

I have a student who only comes to school two days a week and then only for 1 hour. He tells me I have to pass him so it doesn't matter. This is very frustrating. I knew this student hates school and often states he is stupid. I just do my best to encourage him. Build confidence. Any ideas to encourage him more? By the way, taking to his parent does nothing.
