SDRs. in Tech sales gives you a nice salary
I work for ADT and a lot of the straight commission sales are cold calling. I think if you look into medical sales you start finding salary + commission
Inside sales at my company doesn't do any cold calling and makes commission. Most of them make between 125k and 150k, woth the top earner in the 200k range. Wire and Cable sales.
Thank you for the reply. I’m finding it extremely hard to find a job that isn’t cold calling. Those days are behind me ha.
Depends on the product or company. High commission jobs are mostly straight commission. Such as real estate, home security, solar, pest control.
I think if you love sales and you are a go-getter, 100% commission jobs are great for you. My husband is a health insurance broker, though it is very hard work it is very rewarding!!
Hi Amy. Do you know of any recruitment firms doing this?
When I started my sales career I was told I was very fortunate to have a great base + Commission, now it’s not so rare. I have a 50/50 base/com . Client base assigned and a huge list of prospects to cold call from. I set aside time every day to call 10 and move on with my “regular” clients. I’m not a CC fan but when they are great prospects I can’t deny it’s worth it!
Holy shit! Big congrats!!!!!
I work for 2 companies both are cold calling sales and both have salary plus commission
