What US law firms tend to hire more LLMs?
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

The simple answer is that it's impossible to completely avoid office politics. That's partly just because the term is used to describe a broad spectrum of behavior. In its best form, it simply means being personable and communicating with people. There's also a fairly negative version, in which office workers become little Machiavelli types. It's best to be somewhere in the middle, a person who's pleasant to be around but not engaged in weird scheming to get ahead.

Yea i think in my experience this is what I’ve found works best. For the sake of your own livelihood and career, you need to play the game a little but also be sure that you’re not scheming too much where it’s weird or hurting others
I pretend to not notice. When people are trying to play games or do the silly politics thing, I pretend that I don't see what they're doing or play dumb. It helps avoid getting pulled into the drama

Yea same. Avoiding office drama is the best way to keep your sanity because once you’re in it it’s rough
