How do you deal with it?
When I think about my time in corporate I think about the racism and microagressions. I think about how I am expected to perform and I am not trained. I’m not sure I can continue to cope. I’m 29 and for so long I have been afraid to speak up because I know they’d just deny it. What is the point? How am I meant to establish myself and build a life when it seems almost impossible

Do you feel like other employees at your company get more training than you do? I have felt undertrained for some time in my role but it seems to be a more universal problem for the company I'm at. Just curious how they are specifically leaving you hanging and whether or not others would say the same?

OP I think over the years I have just gotten used to it which is really sad to say. If I do sit and think about it I tend to get depressed and upset so I just try not to. I will outwork anyone in the room with me and that is a fact so I focus on how hard I work.

I'm currently interviewing for a hardware internship (at a startup). I've had a phone interview, a 30 minute technical interview and now I have a 2-3 hour interview. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive for an internship?

Random question. Sometimes an app or website doesn’t work due to the fact that I’m using a VPN.

Do companies have a way to block all VPN connections?
