Mental wellness: Have been in a long term toxic relationship and always knew he doesn’t respect me. But last evening his texts were so directly disrespectful that am not even angry; am sad. Going through a terrible breakup. Whenever I wake up, either in the morning or from a nap, I immediately uncontrollably cry because of the immediate thought that he is no longer next to me. I’m trapped. My husband is a gaslighter. He pushes me to the point of no return. It exacerbates my depression and anxiety and I get so worked up that I can’t function. I am going to resign from TCS within a week. My question is, will my salary increment in notice period or it will be same as it is now ?

My last working day in TCS is 4th of March, I have rejected the retention offer. My current CTC is 13.31 LPA in TCS YOE: 11.5. Retention offer was 18LPA. Currently I am holding offers with CapeG - 20LPA, TechMahindra - 21.5LPA, HCL - 22.5 LPA.But during my call with HR in TCS regarding retention, the HR when he heard about the companies which I am holding the offers said negative comments about those companies in a deteriorating way. I feel really bad about it 🙁

I got a call from HR to schedule an interview for this Saturday but sometime back i received an email that my interview is scheduled for tomorrow. How can I ask them to postpone it now and will they postpone it or i won't be able to interview for the next 6 month's if the HR doesn't co-operate?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?
