After 8 years with the same company. Starting as a cs rep working up to mentor, team lead then supervisor they got new management. They targeted me put me on a pip for a misunderstanding,framed me for faulty reporting somones work hours who I had no access to! And gaslit me for 6 months before they fired me for not meeting my previous metric?? I literally still have regular panic attacks about it. Almost two years post. What I'm trying to say is they are trying to get you to quit. Do they have some form of pension or retirement that you will be hitting a milestone on? Because that's what they did to me after 5 years in the supervisor role. It would have meant fully vested in my 403b. I wish you not to experience what I did best of luck!
