Their lack of planning and proper staffing is not on your to correct with your free time. I fully agree with what the person above me said; document everything. Take your breaks, you deserve and need them. Have you let your manager know, in writing, that the workload is not reasonable? Something like "Unfortunately, I am not able to fit another task into my current schedule without something else being pushed aside. How would you like me to reprioritize my current responsibilities?"
"I would be happy to work on that. In order to I will need to stop working on xxx or zzz. Which do you prefer I deprioritize?" When pushed why I can't fit it in, "I've already squeezed in xyz and ABC. Adding another task will result in uncomplicated work or sloppy work, which I don't want to do to you, the team, staff, or to break my own professional standards."
