I try not to. The mistake was made, the only thing you can do is learn, not do that again, and apply that experience. I know it's not that simple, but there's not much you can do once it's done, and worry doesn't net you anything.

Apologize graciously if the mistake requires it—correct, figure out if there are lessons to be learned, and move on. I used to really struggle with this but actually received constructive feedback about it. I’ve learned that recovering from a mistake well earns as much respect as doing your job to perfection 100% of the time.

I am an experienced CNA/MA (17yrs) trying to break into ER tech role. Previous company wouldn’t pay for phlebotomy class, and when I took a position with a company that would train me, there was so much drama and b.s.
I was out of there so fast because of the toxic environment. Should I just forget it and do my best to finish my RN?

Hi Everyone. I am applying for a few design positions and I just got a response from a company that wants me to do a short video as part of a campaign. The problem is that I have 24 hours their instruction is: "An awareness video (please avoid stock video, we want to see your proficiency on Adobe After effects). Please focus on this, as this is the most important item of this assessment". So my question is. Are they being unrealistic? Also. Where can I find good stock videos? Lol
