What is a look back analysis?
Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

This is a non-technical answer. I do the task I enjoy 1st.

That can help with motivation though!
I made a custom project in Claude to help me keep everything in check. I basically dropped my entire workload over the next few months into it at the outset and had it help me come up with a daily/weekly/monthly action plan to keep on track. At the end of each day, I drop in whatever I've accomplished, and it provides me with an updated roadmap. Super helpful.

Ahh that sounds good! I’ve not heard of that, is it an app / software ?
I have templates, checklists, and my calendar. If it’s not in one of those places, I will forget about it. Everything has a place. Just make sure you are getting it to that place. Try some strategies and see what works for you.

I find that prioritising tasks by urgency and impact helps a lot. Keeping a simple daily list and blocking focused time for the most important work prevents everything from feeling equally overwhelming.

Yes that’s wise, also good to knock out some small wins but priorities are a must.
