Have you tried logging in late? If you’re working until 9:30, start after 12 PM. If anybody asks, politely say that you have to work until 9:30 anyway so you’re logging in accordingly. If anybody objects, ask if onshore can setup the meeting time a bit early so that if it’s inconvenient, it should be mildly inconvenient to both the parties instead of highly inconvenient to one party.
I’ve been on both sides of the situation and I understood the inconvenience and changed the whole setup for my team. A few days are exceptions but doing this fairly regularly is just wrong.
Yes, start your office late is the only solution. Also, in morning hours you will get time for yourself and family.
U can also say that you can't do late calls as it is affecting your health too. Make it rotational between your team mates. I was in accenture too, it used to happen. We did rotational shift
First I am non Tamil but tagging someone Tamil is really rude please avoid such discrimination and adapt them and they would you , regarding your night call you may drop a note out of office often as personal and family priority to internal team only at 7pm atleast 3 times a week then it would automatically taken care by leadership,lastly they would give u some extra shift allowance। Lastly start your day at 2 pm regardless of any morning call ।
