How has the job-hunting process been for people? I’ve been searching for a new role for 18 months now and have had close to 35 interviews. Four employers took me through 3 to 6 interviews each, but I still didn’t get the job. I know the market is tough, and people who were working remotely are now competing for any remote positions since their companies introduced return-to-office (RTO) policies. Is there any hope?

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in.
