How has your job affected your mental health? I have anxiety and bipolar depression type 2. I have felt like this job has been better for my mental health then some other jobs, but also very hard in other ways.

Last year was the most horrible year I’ve had in 15 years… I was completely exhausted mentally and physically. It affected my mental health alot. I can’t go through a year like that again. The behaviors were out of this world like I’ve never seen before. I hope and pray I have a better year this year 🙏🙏🙏

The job can be stressful and if you don’t have healthy stress management techniques, it can really mess with your emotions. It can also be so rewarding and interacting daily with precious little ones can be really positive and uplifting. It comes with ups and downs.

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?
