Can someone expect good WLB in Accenture?
So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

can you give a summary of your background? (years of experience, degrees etc)?
EY culture is great. Good WLB and people.
Prob would come in mid senior level. Salary depends on level.
Have worked in both and found Deloitte to be better across the board for every criteria you mentioned. EY FSO (specifically if you get tied into the insurance group) was the worst culture I’ve ever experienced at a company. I have had 10-15 former colleagues make the jump to Deloitte and all agree that the experience at Deloitte is miles ahead of EY.
Sounds like it depends on a lot on the team because I've had a great experience with EY
