Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. I got an offer from a different vendor to join morgan stanley. I leveraged to offer to directly join morgan stanley. Will this cause an issue? Can the vendor complain about me? I have not joined the vendor. I had only given interview with morgan for 2 different profiles.

Can we negotiate the notice period in offer letter from 3 months down to 2 months? Anyone tried it before?

My profile : 3 years of pre-MBA experience. 5.6 post mba in product management. I was interviewed at Optum for SG-28 (product manager) but post first interview, they have corrected it to SG27 quoting the year of experience is less than 12 years. I am an mba (IIM) with 8.5 years of experience overall (5.5 yoe in product management). Is this SG 27 inline with other MBA folks with similar experience. ? Or am I moving into lesser grade ? Someone please provide the insight.
