Hello sharks, Years of Experience 10.3 Skill niche skill CCM, which career level/designation and how much package TCS offering now
Already holding an offer of 27lpa
Does TCS have variable pay, how much is that?
Tata Consultancy Wipro
IBM HCL Technologies Deloitte Accenture India Cognizant Capgemini Infosys
I got an offer from Tredence Inc. for 42 lpa. At 7 yoe is this too much for a service based company. Don't want to be a outlier in terms of salary. Also I have other offer for 45, I thought of renegotiating with Tredence but again the thought of being an outlier in service based company comes to mind.

I look at these suggestions and all of these seems short sighted (speaking from my 9 years of corporate experience). At this stage of your career, you should prioritise learning & growth unless you need to support your family / otherwise need to prioritise finances. So, figure out which role would be more challenging, which one has better learning or growth potential, what do you see yourself doing in the long run etc. Honestly 10-15k monthly difference in salary shouldn't matter at this point IMO
Among all these UKG is best work culture and learning opportunities...
What is your skillset?
Java + MuleSoft + AWS
At this experience, you can take risks...go for Sapient... almost 100% hike...I am getting that much at double ur exp
Variable is luck at Accenture. Mostly scam if you are not manager-pleaser
You are in early stage of your career, you may think of prioritizing getting higher compensation. With that said choose : better brand value/reputation company with better/higher compensation . All the best 👍
What are the profiles at these organisations that you're being offered?
Integration Consultant
Pro
Assuming all are for a similar profile, Sapient
I would suggest either stay at cognizant or join Accenture. Sapient package looks good but you're gonna get almost same at Accenture even if you get 50% of your variable part there.
Read reviews of Sapient before you decide to join it as far as i know they aren't good.
Hey OP, could you tell, which one did you choose?
