I was holding offer of 14LPA and i asked 18LPA the HR said they can only give 65k+ of the offer you are holding, he commented on my experience which is of 3.7 years not considering the notice period months which i am serving should i negotiate? Or just accept whatever i am getting if it's better?
I had 10 lpa and got 18 here
Slow ..not recommended
