I was remote given it was Covid era and it was just building up back then but I was attached to the Chicago Office. I might also agree with KPmG 1 yeah there were more jobs than people back then compared to now

I got a 5k in 2018 as experienced hire

Doubtful in this job market unless you are a really stellar candidate or have a niche expertise

Accepted an offer to big 4 and they gave me option of $5K sign on or base raise lol this market is trash tbh

CMAAS gave a $30k sign on as an SM1 235k base in 2024

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

Question for paid search experts who have big agency experienc (e.g. big 4, dentsu, etc.) - is it considered standard to use SKAG instead of STAG, and use alpha/beta structures?...even with the changes Google has made to phrase and exact match? The various agencies I've worked at (small agencies) never use that method.

If you were interviewing someone from a small agency and they said they didn't use those types of account structures, would you think they were inexperienced?
