How long do you give a job that turns out to be completely different from what you signed up for? I took this job thinking I’d be managing strategy and content, but 80% of my day is spent doing personal errands for the owner and answering his phones. Whenever I try to bring up my actual job description, he tells me that at a startup, we all wear many hats.

I'm a younger plaintiff's side attorney (31). Does anyone else feel like white attorneys give you a particularly harder time? Like unreasonably denying clear facts, or trying to fish for a way to sanction you? Usually it's solo defense attorneys that get extreme with it, but I've seen some questionable stuff from BigLaw too. Hopefully I'm not the only one.

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.
