That's an impressive amount of time! It sounds like you've got a really good team there with you, which is super important. I've been at my company for almost three years, and honestly, I don't really know why I've stayed this long. I don't particularly love it there; my coworkers are fine but not extraordinary. I think I am just afraid to go job hunting again, if I'm being honest.
I've only been at my company for about 7 months. Last company was 3 years and previous company was 3.5 years. I'm planning to stay now since culture is great, pay is decent, coworkers are awesome and PTO is awesome at 6 weeks
I've been here for 4 years. The pay is fine and my coworkers are nice enough. The real reason I'm staying is because I've got two kids under three years old at home. Things are hectic enough as is right now without trying to change jobs.
Been there!
I've only been at my current company for six months but I'm planning on staying for the long-term. I really like the culture in the vibe, and I respect my boss. She's super knowledgeable and always follows up with everything she says she will. The pay isn't great, but I've been assured there are growth opportunities. And the benefits are really good. These days, that's all you can really ask for!
Glad to hear!
